With over two decades in UNIX and Apple platforms, Arek has trained professionals, authored technical books, and built courses to simplify complex systems. He coauthored Managing Apple Devices, revamped Apple’s Directory Services curriculum, and helps run the 76,000-member Mac Admins Slack. Arek joined Iru in 2021 and now hosts Patch Me If You Can™, highlighting the real work behind modern IT.

Alex Gartner has led teams to uncover novel threats and build scalable data platforms. Previously tackling sensitive missions for the federal government with top-secret clearance, Alex now serves as Sr. Engineering Manager of Security Research, guiding the discovery and analysis of emerging threats.
